PAYMENT INFORMATION
The Ishkabibble Shop prefers PayPal for payment. Money orders and personal checks in U.S. dollars are accepted. Contact us for information on how to order when making payment by money orders or personal check. Please note that we hold shipments to ensure payment clears all involved financial institutions when using money orders or personal checks.
SALES TAX
Ishkabibble is required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Ohio at the rate of 6.5% (this includes delivery charges). Each customer will be solely responsible for all sales taxes or other fees on orders shipped to other states.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Ishkabibble Shop reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. In addition, The Ishkabibble Shop reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item if fraud is suspected. As a protection against fraud for all of our customers, we may also require additional verifications of information before accepting any order. Orders are processed 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. EST Monday through Friday except for holidays.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are shipped USPS Mail during business hours (9:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. EST) with delivery confirmation included. Shipping rates are as follows:

Note: These rates are for lower 48 United States ONLY! Rates are not applicable to larger items or "Featured Artisans". See product description for shipping details.
Please contact us if you would like to purchase insurance or select an alternative shipping method prior to placing your order. Amounts for insurance are dependant on total of merchandise.
When your item ships, we will send you an e-mail letting you know. If you purchased insurance we will include that information in the e-mail. Orders are generally shipped within 7 business days of payment but please allow 4 weeks for delivery. Personalized items may require additional shipping time and larger weight items may require additional shipping. Any shipping difference will be stated in product description. We make every effort to get your item(s) to you as quickly as possible.
RETURNS
All sales are to be considered final at the time the order is placed. By placing an order with us you agree that you will not hold The Ishkabibble Shop liable for any orders lost or damaged while in the possession of the USPS. The Ishkabibble Shop will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that you receive in damaged condition through our error or as a result of a packing fault. We MUST receive an “intent to return” via e-mail within 48 hours of your receipt of such merchandise. A return authorization code will be issued and must be included when returning such merchandise. NO returns will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. We must receive return merchandise within ten business days of return authorization or no replacement will be issued.
OUT OF STOCK/BACK ORDERS
If for any reason your merchandise is out of stock or on back order, you will be contacted and given the option of a refund or credit toward future purchases.

Ishkabibble does not share customer information including e-mail or postal mail address with anyone. It is not our policy to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail.
